Dementia
At middle age, someone forgets something. It is true that middle-aged people claim that they forget some important matters. This happens because brain cells die. However, this will be pathological when basic memory will be lost, such as day, date, name etc. In medical term, this is called dementia. Dementia is a clinical sign of neuro-degenrative diseases such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's disease etc.

infection and cancer cell
Sometimes, we omit infections by virus, bacteria or fungus. We think that there are different types of antibiotics, antiviral and antifungal drugs, to protect against infections. However, in some cases the antigen from outer environment can modulate host tissue cell. Abnormal proliferation of tissue cell enhances cancer growth. It is necessary to protect from infections by bacteria, virus and/or fungus.
