Dementia
At middle age, someone forgets something. It is true that middle-aged people claim that they forget some important matters. This happens because brain cells die. However, this will be pathological when basic memory will be lost, such as day, date, name etc. In medical term, this is called dementia. Dementia is a clinical sign of neuro-degenrative diseases such as Parkinson's, Alzheimer's disease etc.
